Why Pre-Apply?
To save time and resources for everyone, the City of Providence requires that all loan applicants go through a pre-application process. If your pre-application is approved, you’ll be invited to go through the full application process, which requires more extensive paperwork. Please note: when you fill out a pre-application, you agree to allow us to perform a credit check to verify your credit rating and history.
